( please accept our apologies for the small increase in price. On 5/21/2021 we became aware of an increase in our operating costs of $50 per student. Dont worry we are not passing on that entire amount to you. However we are asking parents to pay $15 more for our full week and half week options and $10 for our 2 day and single day options. If you have already paid the old pricing you will not be asked to pay any additional amount. The increase will apply to only new registrations that occur after 5-21-2021
Follow these steps to Register
1. Payment: Select your chosen dates add to cart, pay as a guest with credit card or debit.
2. Register your child or children by filling out our registration form.

If you register for any 1, 2 or 3 days of any given week and decide you would like to attend the rest of the week the additional cost is that of the added program. "The more you come the more you save Discounts" are reserved for those that register for the full week program in advance. Processing fees are non refundable.
Both your registration form and payment must be complete to reserve your spot in our programs, unless you are using a home school direct pay option. We are direct pay with IDEA and Totem
Direct Pay: 1. Register using the register link above. 2. Fill out our Payment Agreement. 3. Check your Email for Step 3. Once we receive your registration we will email you the form that IDEA requires for you to attend
All 3 steps must be complete to register your student.

The date you have paid for is on your paypal receipt that has been emailed to you. You will not receive a welcome email until after you have filled out the registration form. The registration is not the same as your payment. You must use an email that you can receive emails at. Please check your spam and junk folders. The welcome email is the written text in the email you receive after you register. It is not the link to your downloadable pdf of the registration form. I apologize for any confusion. Thank you
Parents at camp: We expect students to be kindergarten/Preschool Ready and able to act independently from parents. Parents are welcome to stay during the first 5-10 minutes of class to help students transition into their time with us. We love all our parents and are Montessori driven so it doesn't feel natural to us to not have parents attend with their kids. We are however bound by capacity rules and also wish to honor all our parents including those concerned about covid and exposure. As such for the summer of 2021 we will not be able to have parents pay to attend with their children

Covid Policy: We have modeled our covid response and policy after the matsu School District. In the event that your camp week must close due to a covid related restriction or exposure all safety protocols and notifications will be followed. Your tuition will be applied to the next safe and available camp date that meets your schedule. Or you can apply the tuition to any of our party packages.
Please only make your selection when you are ready. Due to the limited space in each camp week we can not offer refunds once you have purchased your week at camp. We ask families to be honest and ethical and understand that once you have chosen to attend camp we are relying on that income to feed our family of both people and critters. If you are unsure about attending camp please make your other scheduling arrangements first before scheduling with us. Once we have reserved your child's spot at camp we we are not taking another student outside our capacity rules and therefore can not offer refunds. In extreme circumstances related to hospitalization a partial refund minus $160 deposit may be issued , if another student is able to register for the spot you have reserved , and we have reached the capacity of 12 students. If no other student registers for your camp week you are responsible for the full tuition. If you have a covid related reason for not attending please see our covid response policy.
** We are unable to refund processing fees that are a result of an error made by the registering party. If some one else is supposed to pay for your 2 hour session with us or your full week please check with them before you choose to pay. If we receive 2 payments for the same camper we will refund the second payee minus the credit card processing fees. For a full week of camp this is roughly $15 and for a 2 hour session this is about $3. These are fees that are retained by Paypal when we issue a charge back.
