In order for us to be able to direct bill IDEA our services must align with your students ILP.  Individual Learning Plan. We are willing to help you make sure that our services align with this plan. Please send us a copy of the section of your students ILP that aligns with our services.  A screen shot is sufficient. If for any reason it appears that any of the subjects we teach are not on the ILP we will instruct you to revise the plan with your teaching advisor. Because Idea does not pay for services in Advance and to ensure we have funds available for materials used for your student we bill IDEA on a weekly basis. We are unable to offer the pay in advance discount for services that are paid for after they have been provided.   If at any time IDEA does not pay us for your child's attendance your student will be switched to a standard pay program and any past due amount must be paid prior to your child's next scheduled program with us.  Please sign our Parent Payment Responsibility Agreement
